Introduction: RGLoader allows you to play retail games without xex patching.
Requirements:
Xbox 360 development kit on latest (21256.18) recovery. Might work with earlier ones as well but I haven't tested.
Shadowboot RGLoader files ( https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...1009454071847/RGLoader_For_XDK_Shadowboot.rar )
Hdd with at least 40MB of free space
A way to copy files on the HDD
Optional:
A way to modify HDD contents in case something goes wrong (softlock on xbox 360 logo for example).
System auxiliary/extended files: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/606550060284510218/784823065804537936/17559_sysauxext.7z
Well, time for tutorial then!
First, you have to download RGLoader archive (link in requirements section) and then extract it anywhere you like.

Then, open folder with extracted contents and copy them over to root of you XDK HDD (I recommend using neighborhood here).

Now, reboot your kit. If it gets stuck on Xbox 360 logo, it means you did something wrong or recovery is too old. To recover from this, burn a disc based recovery, put it in the console, and use neighborhood to delete the files off hdd,
If it successfully boots and shows this, then congratulations! You successfully shadowbooted RGLoader.

I am not sure if it will have the same XDK name like on my kit (mindes) but if it does, feel free to rename.
Some more information:
This is completely safe because it does not involve any modifications to internal flash, pretty much the same like using Phoenix Bios Loader on OG Xbox if you know what I am talking about.
RGLoader allows you to boot retail games, however it displays "system update needed" error on XBLA games (tested with terraria). Probably had a fucked up container, works just fine. Also, OG Xbox backwards compatibility does not work (thanks to no memory protection patch).
Altho it does allow you to play retail games, I would still recommend staying on regular XDK dashboard because it will most likely be much more stable.
If you no longer want to use RGLoader, rename xboxromw2d.bin on HDD root to something else and reboot your XDK.
Jump to xshell button is also broken with this release it seems, so you will still need to use small Return To Launcher app.
Link updated to 17599 RGL and now jump to xshell button works.
This RGLoader build is most likely spoofed from some older dashboard version because it does not work with 17599 avatar files.
Yet again updated the link to another 17559 RGLoader, Kinect and avatars work just fine with it even without stealth. Added sysaux/sysext files too.
There you have it, and, have fun
