Sealed Blister Pack PAL Panzer Dragoon Saga Sega Saturn

Any idea what this is worth? I've seen a few of these over the years at silly prices, there was a 10k Euro one a few months back, but if or what they sell for, no idea!

A small crack at the bottom, tiny bit of edge loss at the top, slightly discoloured plastic, a loose disc rattling around.
