Try "find / -name romflash"
Without the quotation marks of course

And to be sure, you're still in /usr/local/sce/bin when you tried ./dsflash the last time, right?
Does i need to update the dsnet first?

Did you try "find / -name romflash"?
Did it find anything?

I think you're supposed to update the firmware before updating dsnet, what does the setup guide says?
Or the readme from the sdk?

Got a solution for you, you need the sdk installed, and ProDG, the Target Manager can update the flashrom.
You can find it on archive.org

Or you can transfer the program "flashrom" from the sdk /usr/local/sce/bin directory on your computer to the Tool's /usr/local/sce/bin and then dsflash should work fine.

i'll try the first option, i've allready tryed the second and wont work (see picture).
i think the bin or locql directory don'"t accept any write and accept only reading

For the first option sdk is installed on my computer, prodg.... i've downloaded a prodg but it's for gamecube ?! can you confirm me it's a good one ?

Add your Tool with its IP, and conect to it.
In one of the menu there's a Update flash or update rom function.

The games that don't run might need some parameters for dsedb other than the default 2 100, check the manuals from the sdk or some of the threads on the assembler-games.com mirror in the Sony section, we discussed Tools and their uses and problems for years.

Ok so with this command i can load 4 more of my games.
reset 0x000F0002 0x100
but the others still not load. i precise they're all PAL version.
-Ratchet and Clank
-Ratchet and Clank 2
-Ratchet and Clank 3
-GTA SA
-Worms 3D
-KINGDOM HEARTS
-The Simpsons Hit & Run
-Jak and Daxter: the Precursor Legacy
-Rayman 3 Hoodlum Havoc
-Dsney/Pixar Monstres & Cie Scare Island
And the error is the same for this games (ecept 1 or 2)

Unexpected reply - type=BREAKR result=EXCEPTION
Target program stopped. Check the location by dr command.
Any idea what's apenning ?

You don't have to load the discs with the 0x000f0002 0x100, usually 2 100 is enough. In my experience, the only time the full string is required is when I'm loading something that needs special commands (such as using high-res cables other than VGA) or an unpacked ELF, such as uLE. That could be your issue.

The 0x000f0000 0x100 command is usually succeeded by "run (local elf file)", such as "run SLPS_250.52" in the /usr/local/sce/bin folder. You should, I think, abe able to do files outside of that folder, but I'm not sure.

The only game I've had any problems with loading on my TOOL, period, is I.Q Remix+, and that's most likely to do with the kernel incompatibilities. That error shouldn't be arising for those games. the F means no reset of the kernel, so that could be your problem.

However, I'm talking from using dsedb on a linux computer remotely. So if you're not doing that, there may be a problem.

Yes i using reset 2 100 normally but some games won't load anyway, that's why i'm trying with this command.

You can see in the previous messages a photo of my games,to the right they loading perfect.

To the left they won't and with this command 0x000etc i can load and run 4 of them

Thanks, i have reply to you on my Thread :
your argument for reset work only with CD, no DVD.
