Well, starting off, I've never used this forum or the prior forum before, but after 7 years of researching, I am hope that some user(s) on here may be able to help me complete my journey in attaining any of these four cancelled games (though each has a different significance), so that they can be properly preserved. I know this forum isn't too active, but this seems to be my last and only hope of getting any traction. Okay, now, I will list out the four games I'm wanting to discuss:

1. Sheryl Nome ~Sagittarius 9 PM (Don't Be Late)~ - Physical disc
2. NBA Jam - Digital download provided alongside the cancelled copies of NBA Elite 11.
3. AERO-CROSS - Digital download.
4. Football Genius - Digital download.

Bonus Game:
5. Superstars V8 Next Challenge - Cancelled North American physical disc.

While there are other cancelled PS3 games that I would love to explore and attain, the main four games are the ones I am most concerned about -- most especially NBA Jam and Don't Be Late. I will provide as much information as I can for each entry, and I really hope one of you can help me track down at least one of the games (NBA Jam would likely be the more accessible, since NBA Elite 11 had been dumped after being recalled).

Okay, let's go. Since much information surrounding these games are a mystery, I will have to rely on PlayStation Network's server-wide trophy percentage to give an estimate on how rare or hard-to-find each game is. Sheryl Nome has only one known user in the past 8 years. The account is inactive, and while the user is active on other social media, they have been non-responsive on what the game is about, or how they had come to obtain it. That said, one of the trophies has a 14.2 PSN-wide rarity (so about 7-8 non-private users, though only the one user on PSNProfiles is known.) I have no clue on who the other owners are, or anyway to find out. Gamstat observed that finding out who the owners are would require importing all of the PlayStation users into one database, which would be both unethical and against Sony's ToS, so we've hit a roadblock here.

What I can tell about the game is, it is most likely a disc, as per its titleid: https://serialstation.com/serials/BLJS/10183, which does mean the owner(s) could very easily dump the game if using a jailbroken system or HEN-based modifications, although that still does not tell me how the game came to exist.

Second off, NBA Jam. I'm sure everyone's aware of the legendary status of NBA Elite 11, one of the rarest PS3 games out there due to its cancellation and recall, even though many game stores had already had the product. So, again, this game has the highest chance of being attained, but still nigh-impossible regardless. NBA Jam was a code provided along new copies of NBA Elite 11 in the North America region. I have messaged several users who had synced the NBA Elite 11 trophyset in 2010 (though most are inactive), and have come to the conclusion that European owners were not privy to the digital code. Now, we do know that the game's titleid is https://serialstation.com/serials/NPUB/30291, but the game has no updates, and there is nothing related to the game dumped online, besides NBA Elite 11. The rarest trophy happens to be 7.1% rarity (about 14-15 owners), although I only know of three users -- who again, have been non-responsive or unwilling to help in preservation efforts.

Through my research, it's supposed that two of the known users are developers who at least tested the game for Sony, while the third is a regular player who had redeemed the code. Through some insight into the third person's forum post history on other sites, it seems that they did dump the game to USB at one point, but never mentioned the game again. The identities of the other users are unknown, and I have gotten nowhere from there. Note, that NBA Elite 11 would be useless in obtaining this game, as NBA Jam was only achievable through a code on a slip of paper, that has likely expired at this point.

Third, AERO-CROSS. A game developed by Namco-Bandai, but cancelled before release. Only one user is known to have it, and the trophy rarity (100%) supports that assumption. Now, here's the thing -- the one owner? He's a Sony developer, who had allegedly only played the game while in development (using a test or devkit), meaning they do not (supposedly) have actual ownership of the game, and cannot help in attaining it. That said, they could have lied in their messaging, since it would not be a good look for a Sony developer to help with what could be considered 'piracy' efforts, even if it is in the name of game preservation.

That said, there's two titleids for the game, one Japan: https://serialstation.com/serials/NPJB/90312 and one for North America: https://serialstation.com/serials/NPUB/30322, with both being digital and cancelled before release. Of these four games, this has the lowest chance of being obtainable, although I have some hope due to the fame of the developers.

Lastly, we have Football Genius. https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/2409-football-genius Here's the thing, it's a North American digital game, that got cancelled. But at least from 2020 and earlier, there were at least three owners according to http://web.archive.org/web/20170715131644/https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/2409-football-genius with this trophy having 33.3% rarity. The odd thing is, as of just recent checking, none of these trophies have any PSN-wide public earners. This means whoever has the games has hid their account/made their account private, so that their trophies cannot be picked up for comparison. I have no idea who the three owners are, nor if they know that I have been on the track for this game, but considering this recent move...

The game (and Aero-Cross, oddly enough) were both released for Xbox 360, while being cancelled on PS3, as per GameFAQs https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/xbox360/971402-football-genius-the-ultimate-quiz/data While I do not know who the owners are, I do know the titleid: https://serialstation.com/serials/NPUB/30215

Bonus Game:
Superstars V8 Next Challenge was cancelled for North America, but released in Europe. While the game has no owners, and has not been known to have ever had any: https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/2410-superstars-v8-next-challenge, I do know it has a physical titleid: https://serialstation.com/serials/BLUS/30684, and no statement was given on why it was cancelled, but I have to believe that someone out there either has the game or can gain access to it, since it is physical disc, and had listings on various shops before being cancelled, such as: https://www.play-asia.com/superstars-v8-next-challenge/13/7041bl and Amazon product. I am led to believe that this one reviewer on Amazon might have a copy

But I am wary, since they only made one review in their account's history, and their supposed Twitter handle is full of loony conspiracies, so take it with a grain of salt.

That said, if any of you guys could help me track down even one of these games, I would be very grateful, because all of my efforts in the past 7 years have led to nothing so far.

I guess you've looked over the years to see if anything still exists on sony servers?

Many people look up titles or IDs on PSNDL but there's PC software (PSNStuff+) that can throw up some things that may not be listed on PSNDL...
Well, at least that was I noticed a few years back when I was messing around with backup injection on PS3 retail.
I think P.T. was still on PSNStuff+ for a while but maybe the link doesn't work now. They aren't file host links they are sony server links (zeus etc).
Maybe there is some delisted stuff still there, I can't check myself right now as I don't have the software installed.

No, none of the games' files or pkgs have been posted on the internet. Absolutely nothing is known besides the cancellation and the titleids.

Yep, still nothing yet.
Hello @Frosty. I'm trying to find any information as well about "Sheryl Nome ~Sagittarius 9 PM (Don't Be Late)~". I did find out that Wikipedia lists the game as an "(app)" here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_3_games_(Q–Z)#S, although I don't know what this is supposed to mean... I want to remember that there exist a PS3 music game where you could get more songs by linking it with other games on a PS Vita, but I can't remember the name of that game...

Edit: Found this post, and this user assumes it might have been a canceled title in the last minute: https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/107532-update-a-trophy-list/?do=findComment&comment=2403086, and some more research done here https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/107532-update-a-trophy-list/?do=findComment&comment=2403688
