I can't install CD-DVD-ROM Generator

I just found this site while searching for a download of CD-DVD-ROM Generator. I found one here but I can't install it. When I click setup the install shield runs but then disappears and nothing further happens. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit and I've tried running the setup in XP compatibility mode.
